Of the datasets, I use the state-level data to look into whether so-called \u201cmask states\u201d and \u201cnon-mask states\u201d show similar trends of positive results. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.census.gov\/data\/datasets\/time-series\/demo\/popest\/2010s-state-total.html\" target=\"_blank\">States populations estimate<\/a> I got from the U.S. Census Bureau to calculate cases per 100,000 people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m still working on it. But I would like to show the distribution of the state-level data from the New York Times on the latest date. I have generated an HTML file from the R markdown by using the knit function in RStudio.
